The project is the South Waterfront Greenway – Central District Improvements, Phases 1 and 2. The Greenway – Central District project consisted, generally, of the reconstruction of about 1,050 LF of riverbank followed by construction of an Upland Park approximately 1,250 LF long. The project scope comprised of the reclamation and landscaping improvements of the South Waterfront Greenway – Central District, located within the Portland, Oregon, South Waterfront redevelopment district. The improvements associated with Phase 1 included the riverbank and restoration of the Upland until Phase 2 could be constructed. Portland Parks & Recreation (“PPR”) requested PCG to substantiate the actual cost of work with special attention to the high dollar-value work items within the lump sum price and Change Orders.
